(Almost) Raw Muesli

Recipe makes 4 heaped cups
5 cups puffed quinoa (hence the ‘almost’ raw)
1 heaped cup raw mixed nuts, roughly chopped
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1/3 cup dried organic figs, roughly chopped (or organic dried fruit of choice, dates would be ACE)
2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds
1 heaped teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine in a bowl and store in an air tight container.
