Chocolate flavoured anything is one of life’s simplest pleasures… especially for breakfast. This overnight protein oatmeal is one of the easiest, yummiest and well-balanced breakfasts that can be thrown together the night before!
1/2 Cup plant-based milk of choice - unsweetened
1/4 Cup plant-based yogurt or applesauce
1 Teaspoon raw Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon Shelled Hemp Seeds
1/2 Cup old fashioned Oats – not instant
1/4 Cup steamed Cauliflower - optional
1/4 Cup Pea Protein Powder
1 Teaspoon real Maple Syrup or raw Honey
Peanut Butter – or nut butter of choice
In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Pour into a mason jar.
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Top with nut butter and chocolate chips!
Enjoy cold, or submerge in hot water for 10 minutes or so, to enjoy warm!
