Makes 12 medium bites
3/4 Cup Raw Almonds
3/4 Cup Madjool Dates – pip removed
1/4 Cup Dried Apricots – roughly chopped
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Maca Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Hemptons Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon real Maple Syrup
4 Tablespoons heaped Coconut Butter
2 Tablespoons Hemptons Hemp Protein Powder
Desiccated Coconut for rolling
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a sticky texture.
Roll into balls and dip/roll in the Desiccated Coconut
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
