1 Large or 2 small Nectarines
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Shelled Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
Splash of Plant-Based Milk if needed
Pinch of Sea Salt
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
