I used bottled carrot juice in the recipe but feel free to make your own fresh carrot juice as well.
I'm sure it would be just as amazing!
1/2 Cup Carrot Juice
1 Frozen Banana
3/4 Cup unsweetened Almond, Hemp or any other Milk
1 Scoop Hemptons Hemp Protein Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
4-5 Cubes of Ice (optional)
Place all ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.
Pour out and enjoy!
