I have become a smooth addict. Smoothies every day .. for breakfast .. and sometimes for lunch! My typical berry coconut protein smoothie was getting a bit old, so I decided to make myself this treat for breakfast this morning!
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
1 Frozen Banana (Well-Ripened)
1 Organic Red Apple
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Raw Honey
1/4 Teaspoon of natural Vanilla Essence
2 Tablespoon of Almond Butter or 1 handful Of Walnuts and/or Almonds and/or Cashunuts
1 Scoop Raw Octane Pure Protein
Blend all ingredients in a blender
Top with sprinkle of cinnamon!
