Description
So you bought Spirulina .. but can’t stand the taste? It’s a pity because spirulina is chock full of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. This is an excellent smoothie for post workout recovery .. and you don’t taste the spirulina.
Ingredients

1 Frozen Ripe Banana

1 Tablespoon Hemptons Shelled Hemp Seeds

200 ml Coconut Milk

200 ml Almond, Soy or any other plant based milk

1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Spirulina Powder – to taste

1 Square of Chocolate

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth – except the chocolate

Melt the block of chocolate and pour it into your glass

Then pour the rest of the ingredients over the chocolate and stir briefly to create a chocolate swirl through the smoothie

Now you can enjoy your Spirulina goodness!
