1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
2 Madjool Dates - pipped
2 Tablespoons Hemptons Shelled Hemp Seed
1 Cup Baby Spinach
1-2 Cups Nut Milk – hemp, almond, rice or any other of your choosing
Raw Honey, to taste
Blend all of it up in your high speed blender.
Add just enough milk to make it all smooth; but not too much to make it too runny
