This smoothie is dairy and refined sugar free and totally vege based
Servings : 2 Smoothies
3 Small Bananas, broken into pieces and frozen
⅓ Cup Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Hemptons Shelled Hemp Seed
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Large Pinch of Sea Salt
1 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup of Shredded Coconut
2 Cups Hemp, Almond or any nut milk of your choice
Place the shredded coconut on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven until just starting to turn brown. Watch it carefully, you want toasted, not burnt
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and process until smooth.
Add more maple syrup if a sweeter taste is desired.
Pour into glasses and serve!
