1/3 Cup Cooked Beetroot
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 Cup Baby Spinach
1 1/2 Cups unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Boil beetroot for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, rinse with cold water and let cool. Remove skin.
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
