Ingredients

Base

1 Cup Kefir – Goat Milk if you are lactose intolerant

1/2 Frozen Medium Banana

1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

A Little Honey, Maple Syrup or Stevia – to taste

 

Additions

1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1/2 Tablespoon Maca

1/2 Tablespoon Cacao

1 Serving Hemptons Hemp Protein Powder

Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed for about 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
