2 Small Beetroots, washed and diced (chop into as small pieces as you can get before putting into you blender)
1 Banana, peeled and diced
1/2 Cup Frozen Berries
1/2 Cup Canned Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Water
1 Serving Reclaim Pure Protein
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
Put the beetroot and coconut milk in your blender.
Start slow – beetroot is a hard veggie to process.
Once it’s all broken up add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
