Serves Two – so halve recipe if just for 1 person

Share this Apple Pie Smoothie with a friend morning, noon or night

Ingredients

1 Frozen Banana

3 Medjool dates, pits removed

1 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Cup Apple Cider

2 servings Reclaim Pure Protein Powder

1/2 Avocado

3/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cloves

6 Large ice cubes - optional

Instructions

Add all ingredients to blender in the order listed.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into two glasses.

Enjoy with a friend .. or on your own if it’s just for you!
