1 Cup Shelled Hemp Seed
5 Cups Water
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon of real Vanilla Essence
1 Pinch of Sea Salt
Soak the Shelled Hemp Seeds in the water overnight.
Next morning, stain the soaking water off.
Add fresh water and combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until a milk forms.
Strain through muslin to strain out any particles that may remain.
Use the milk within a week.
Keep in the fridge.
