This is a "good for you" dessert with anti-occidant chocolate, protein and omega rich shelled hemp seeds and vitamin C in the Orange. What's not to like!
1 Block (270g) Silken Tofu, drained
120g Grams high quality Dark Chocolate (70% +), broken into pieces
1/4 Cup Cacao
3 Tablespoon Orange Juice + Zest Of Half The Orange
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
3 Sprigs Basil – leaves only
Place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water and melt the chocolate
Add the cocoa powder, orange juice and sugar stirring occasionally until well mixed.
Once melted remove from the heat.
Blend the silken tofu, shelled hemp seeds and basil leaves together in a food processor until very smooth, then gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
Divide between the serving dishes and chill for at least an hour in the fridge.
Garnish with additional basil, dehydrated orange, cacao nibs, shelled hemp seeds and/or berries.
