Chocolate Hazelnut Hemp Sundae
Servings : 2

Creamy Hemp Base

2 Cups Hemp Milk

1/4 Cup Plant Yogurt

2 Teaspoons Vanilla

1 Pinch of Sea Salt


Chocolate Coating

1 Dark Chocolate Bar – 70%


Secret Surprise in the Jar Bottom

2 Tablespoon Chocolate Hazelnut Butter


Whipped Hemp Cream

1/2 Cup Hemp Milk

1/4 Cup Coconut Cream (the solid portion from Full-Fat Coconut Milk Can)

1 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or raw Honey


Chocolate Coating

Melt the chocolate bar in a bowl sitting on a pot of boiling water.

Coat the inside of two cups with the melted chocolate.


Add a Surprise

At the bottom of each cup, dollop some hazelnut butter at the bottom.


Hemp Base

In a high-speed blender, whip up hemp milk, yogurt, vanilla and salt to make the hemp milk creamy base for the sundae. Pour it in the cup.


Whipped Hemp Cream

The night before, refrigerate the can of full-fat coconut cream.

On cooking day, scoop out the harden portion and save the coconut milk for other recipes.

In a high-speed blender, whip up the solid coconut cream with all other ingredients.

Top the sundae along with more Shelled Hemp Seeds and crushed hazelnuts.

You could probably add some additional chocolate and hazelnut butter if you want to get really fancy.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
