Mocha Chocolate Chip Bites

Makes : 12 Balls

Need a quick bite between your workout and next meal? These mocha chocolate chip bites take just 15 minutes to make, are perfectly portable and taste deceptively decadent. Toss a couple in your gym bag for your before sweat session and keep the rest in the fridge for up to 5 days - although I suspect you’ll find a way to make them disappear much faster than that!


1 Serving (50g) Hemptons Hemp Protein Powder

2 Cups traditional Oats

1 Ripe Peeled Banana, mashed

3/4 Cup Chilled Filter Coffee

1 Teaspoon Coffee Grounds

1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips


Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until combined. The texture should be similar to that of oatmeal cookie dough.

Using your hands, roll a spoonful at a time into a ball, about 5cm in diameter.

Store leftover bites in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
