These little guys pack a superfood punch!
1/2 Cup Oat Flour
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Gooey Dates (place pitted dates in some water overnight)
2 Tablespoons Carob or raw Cacao Powder
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup or raw Honey
2 Tablespoons melted Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Hemptons Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
Pop everything into a blender and mix together until you get a moist dough.
If it's too crumbly, add more dates, coconut oil or maple syrup/honey
If it's too moist, add more oat and/or almond flour
Roll into balls
Coat the balls in a variety of flavours e.g. cinnamon, ginger, carob powder, cocoa powder, hemp seeds or chia seeds.
Put them in a sealable container and keep in the fridge.
