Servings : 18-35 bites, depending on size
These bites are so rich, chocolatey and deliciously dense—just like a brownie should be, bursting with chocolate and incredibly good .. and good for you!
1/2 Cup Oat Flour
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Shelled Hemp Seeds
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (mini and regular)
3/4 Cup natural, unsalted creamy Almond Butter (or any other nut butter you prefer)
1/4 Cup pure Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips (mini and regular)
In a large bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients: oat flour, cocoa powder, shelled hemp seeds and chocolate chips.
Mix together almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla.
Then add to the dry ingredients.
Using a sturdy spatula, stir and fold together until well incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop and drop a ball into your hands – or use a spoon
Roll and press into bites.
Press chocolate chips into bites.
Put in the fridge to harden.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – or in the freezer for 2 months
