Peanut Butter Bom

Up the energy!
peanutbutterbom
Ingredients :
2 tablespoons peanut butter (sugar free of course)
1 tablespoon hemp butter
handful of ice cubes
4-5 heaped tablespoons full fat greek yoghurt
handful of oats
water, if too thick
Seeds scraped out from a vanilla pod (save the pod in with your sugar – yummy vanilla flavoured sugar)
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
