Spelt Flour is 100% stone ground from easily digestible grains that are a primitive relative of modern-day wheat.

Whole grain spelt is unusual because it can be more easily digested than other forms of wheat and some people with
wheat intolerances may be able to tolerate spelt however, spelt is not gluten free.

This whole grain spelt flour can be used in bread dough and most recipes calling for regular wheat flour.
