Hemp Flour Cookies

  • Ingredients makes 20/25 cookies
  • 1/2 Cup Cacao Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Hemp Flour
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Small Egg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder


  • Pre-heat oven to 210°C.
  • Line an baking tray with waxed baking paper and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the butters, sugar, vanilla and egg together until well combined.
  • Add the flours and mix well.
  • Create a roll with the mixture and wrap it in baking paper or environmentally-friendly beeswax wrap.
  • Place in the fridge to harden for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cut into slices and place on the baking tray.
  • Bake at 210°C for 10 to 15 minutes – keep an eye on them – don’t let them burn!
  • Let cool and transfer to an airtight container.
