Add the hemp milk and apple cider vinegar together in a jug and set aside for approximately 10 minutes.
Place all the dry ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together.
Add all the wet ingredients and the egg into a bowl and blend together.
Next, add in the coconut milk and apple cider vinegar mixture – which will have curdled.
Continue to stir.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients to create a pancake consistency batter.
Add some coconut oil to a pan and heat over a medium heat.
Scoop a tablespoon of batter and drizzle onto the pan once heated. Spread into a flapjack size with the back of the spoon.
When bubbles start forming, flip the flapjack over to cook on the other side.
Place all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until creamy.
