Black Sesame Mushroom Cacao Latté

This is a potent blood and yin tonic, immune booster and anti-inflammatory drink
Course Beverages


  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Reishi Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaga Powder
  • 1 Medjool Date Pitted
  • 1 Teaspoon real Maple Syrup or raw Honey
  • 250 ml Black Sesame Milk – see recipe
  • A Pinch of Sea Sat


  • Steam, froth, or heat the Black Sesame Milk until boiling point – don’t burn it.
  • Add all the ingredients, including the hot milk into a high-powered blender and blend on high for 10 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture through a mesh strainer into your favourite mug.
  • Dust with cacao powder and enjoy!
