Black Sesame Mushroom Cacao Latté
This is a potent blood and yin tonic, immune booster and anti-inflammatory drink
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Reishi Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chaga Powder
- 1 Medjool Date Pitted
- 1 Teaspoon real Maple Syrup or raw Honey
- 250 ml Black Sesame Milk – see recipe
- A Pinch of Sea Sat
Steam, froth, or heat the Black Sesame Milk until boiling point – don’t burn it.
Add all the ingredients, including the hot milk into a high-powered blender and blend on high for 10 seconds.
Pour the mixture through a mesh strainer into your favourite mug.
Dust with cacao powder and enjoy!
