Ingredients
- 2 Cup Raw Buckwheat Groats
- 1 1/2 Cup Frozen Cherries
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 Cup Almond Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 2-4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or raw Honey
Instructions
- Cover the buckwheat with water and soak overnight.
- Strain and rinse thoroughly.
- Add the buckwheat, cherries, Cacao, Almond Butter, Cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup/Honey to a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Taste and add more Maple Syrup or Honey to desired level of sweetness.
