Chocolate Chia Pudding

A decadent, delicious and incredibly healthy treat, this chocolate chia pudding is loaded with nutrients and superfoods. High in protein, fibre and Omega-3s is a perfect way to start your day.

  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk – or any other plant-based milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water


  • Mix together all the ingredients, stirring until everything is combined and the cocoa powder is fully incorporated.
  • Transfer to the fridge and let sit until fully gelled and thick, about 30 - 45 minutes.
  • Remove from fridge and enjoy!
