Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Chocolate flavoured anything is one of life’s simplest pleasures… especially for breakfast. This overnight protein oatmeal is one of the easiest, yummiest and well-balanced breakfasts that can be thrown together the night before!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Plant-based milk of choice - unsweetened
- 1/4 Cup Plant-based yogurt or applesauce
- 1 Teaspoon Raw Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Old fashioned Oats – not instant
- 1/4 Cup Steamed Cauliflower - optional
- 1/4 Cup Pea Protein Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Real Maple Syrup or raw Honey
- Chocolate Chips
- Peanut Butter – or nut butter of choice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
- Pour into a mason jar.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Top with nut butter and chocolate chips!
- Enjoy cold, or submerge in hot water for 10 minutes or so, to enjoy warm!
