Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Plant-based milk of choice - unsweetened
  • 1/4 Cup Plant-based yogurt or applesauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Raw Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Old fashioned Oats – not instant
  • 1/4 Cup Steamed Cauliflower - optional
  • 1/4 Cup Pea Protein Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Real Maple Syrup or raw Honey
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Peanut Butter – or nut butter of choice

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Pour into a mason jar.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight
  • Top with nut butter and chocolate chips!
  • Enjoy cold, or submerge in hot water for 10 minutes or so, to enjoy warm!
