Ingredients
- 1-2 Handfuls Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Raw Frozen Zucchini
- 1/4 Fresh Avocado
- 1 Tablespoon Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon grated Fresh Ginger
- 2 Scoops Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk Use Less If You Prefer It Thicker
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a highspeed blender
- Sprinkle extra shelled hemp seeds on top.
