Puffed Amaranth Chocolate Bark
- 3.5 oz 70% Dark Chocolate
- 1/3 cup Popped Amaranth
- 1/4 cup Chopped Roasted and Peeled Hazelnuts
- Puff the Amaranth
- Place the chocolate in a bain-marie and heat till it is melted.
- Remove and mix with the popped Amaranth and hazelnuts.
- Add to a waxed paper lined freezer-proof container and spread out evenly.
- Put in the freezer for approximately 15 minutes.
- Take out and cut into pieces.
