Place the milk on the stove in a saucepan.
Heat until boiling. Watch the milk. You don’t want to burn the milk. You want to make it hot enough though for the chocolate to melt into the milk.
Add the chopped chocolate and stir until completely melted.
Add the tahini, honey (starting with 2 tablespoons), vanilla extract, espresso powder, cinnamon and salt.
Whisk until completely incorporated.
Allow to sit for 5 minutes then whisk again.
Taste and if necessary, add more honey.
Pour tahini hot chocolate into small mugs.
Top with whipped cream and sesame seeds and serve!
