Ingredients

  • 1-2 Handfuls Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Frozen Zucchini
  • 1/4 Fresh Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon grated Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Scoops Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk Use Less If You Prefer It Thicker

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a highspeed blender
  • Sprinkle extra shelled hemp seeds on top.
