Shakes, Fruit Smoothies and Hemp Milk: Blend 1/3 cup Shelled Hemp with 2/3 cup water on high speed for 2 minutes; Add 1/3 cup frozen berries and continue blending. Can be sweetened to taste. Without fruit make hemp milk for many uses.
