Creamy Hemp Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Dairy Free Milk Hemp,, Almond, Soy, your choice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Raw Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Maca Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar or Date Syrup or real Maple Syrup or raw Honey
- Pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- Add everything, except the hemp seeds to a pot on the stove and bring to a boil over a low to medium heat.
- Place the hemp seeds in a high-powered blender. Start blending.
- Drizzle some of the milk mixture into the blender.
- Add little by little.
- You want the seeds to go from loose seeds to a butter, to a thick milk, to creamy milk.
- Keep adding the milk mixture until it’s all used.
- Pour into a cup – enjoy this energising powerhouse!
