Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Hemp Milk
  • 4 Medjool Dates - pitted
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Clove
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax-Seed Meal
  • 2 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses, top with a little whipped coconut cream and dust with cinnamon.
  • Serve immediately.
