Ingredients
- 2 Cups Hemp Milk
- 4 Medjool Dates - pitted
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Clove
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tablespoon Flax-Seed Meal
- 2 Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses, top with a little whipped coconut cream and dust with cinnamon.
- Serve immediately.
