- 1 Cup Shelled Hemp Seeds
- 4 Cups Filtered Water
Instructions
- Add the one cup of shelled hemp seeds and four cups of filtered water into a high-powered blender or food processor.
- Blend thoroughly till smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a nut milk bag and filter out residue.
- (The remaining pulp can be used over your morning porridge or added to a smoothie)
- Voila your milk is ready. This homemade hemp milk should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
