Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds or raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Shelled Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • In your food processor/blender, blend all ingredients until you have a fine, Parmesan Cheese-like texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
