Strawberry Hemp Nice Cream

In a covered container, combine the shelled hemp seeds and hemp milk. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours (do not drain).

In a blender, process the shelled hemp seeds and milk, strawberries, maple syrup / honey, lemon juice, vanilla and salt until blended and smooth.

Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions. Serve right away (softer serve) or pack into an airtight container and freeze till desired firmness.

(If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour into a freezer safe dish and place in the freezer. After an hour remove from the freezer and with a handheld beater, beat the ice cream until smooth. Place back in the freezer).

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
